Former Air Force Falcons point guard Tre Coggins has decided to become a Titan as he will transfer to Cal State Fullerton of the Big West. Coggins will have to sit out the 2014-15 season before hitting the court for his new team.

Coggins was far and away the best player for a 12-18 Air Force squad last year. He averaged 16 points, 2.6 assist and 2.7 rebounds a game. He scored over 20 points nine times for the Falcons and earned third team All-Mountain West team honors. Coggins decided to transfer at the end of his sophomore year to avoid a five year commitment to the Air Force after graduation, a common occurrence for many Air Force students. Losing Coggins will be a big loss for the Falcons program for next year.

Coggins wasn't the only transfer for the 2013-14 Falcons, as sophomore-to-be Darius Parker will be playing for NCAA Division II Arkansas-Fort Smith this coming season. Since he transferred to a lower level school, Parker will be able to play immediately.
