Game preview: A look ahead at the crosstown showdown
What to watch for: The return of the Shrigs
SDSU sharpshooter Matt Shrigley will see his first action tonight after missing the first six games with a broken elbow. His return couldn't have come at a better time with senior guard Aqeel Quinn going down earlier this week for about a month with a broken left ring finger. Quinn was one of SDSU's most consistent 3-point shooters, knocking down 31 percent from long range, and was the team's second-leading scorer with 9.7 points per game. Shrigley is a stronger 3-point shooter than Quinn, so it'll be interesting to see if he can replace Quinn's impact from beyond the arc in his first game back.
