SDSU senior wide receiver Ezell Ruffin is not playing tonight. According to the U-T San Diego's Tod Leonard, Ruffin was given permission to attend to a personal matter if he still attended practice, and Ruffin didn't attend practice.
Ruffin asked to attend to personal matter. The captain was given permission to do so as long as he didn't miss practice. He missed.— Tod Leonard (@sdutleonard) December 24, 2014
