It is criminal that the New Orleans Bowl kicks off at 10 a.m. local time, but for those at the game it gives them the rest of the afternoon and evening to do whatever New Orleans has to offer.
As for the game this has the potential to be a good contest with a lot of points as each team scores just over 30 points per game. Quarterbacks Terrance Broadway vs. Cody Fajardo have the chance to be the headliners of this game, but this also could turn into a running game match.
ULL has Alonzo Harris and Elijah McGuire who have combined for 26 touchdowns, and Nevada has Fajardo who will run the ball along with Don Jackson who have combined for 1,900 yards.
And then there is Brock Hekking.
.@B_Hekking just re-wrote the rules on the mullet game for @NevadaFootball & beyond. #MWFB http://t.co/EAwk02REon pic.twitter.com/GbHXPg1bpi
