For the first time all year the Mountain West has two ranked teams in the polls. The coaches poll releases its ballot first and Colorado State is still ranked at No. 21, but the big news is that Boise State is in the rankings for the first time all year at No. 25 in the coaches poll.

Colorado State took care of New Mexico, 58-20, and Boise State had an even more impressive showing as they had no issues in beating Wyoming, 63-14.

The addition of Boise State gives the Group of 5 three teams ranked with Marshall still leading the way at No. 20 in the coaches poll.

In the AP poll, Boise State is also 25 and Colorado State at No. 21.
