Mountain West football/basketball open thread

Saturday is chalk full of football and basketball games. Football gets us started with an early kick when Colorado State hosts New Mexico at 1:30 p.m. ET or 11:30 a.m. on the Front Range. Then football takes a break until the 10 p.m. ET hour.

However, Marshall vs. UAB is a game to keep an eye on and that is an even early kick as it is in the first window at 12 p.m. ET. That game is on the American Sports Network or your local Sinclair-owned TV stations, so check these local listings.

In between that time there is plenty of hoops to keep one occupied throughout the day, and some decent opponents. Clemson, Mississippi State, Temple and Colorado are on the schedule. The big night basketball game has Boise State traveling to Wisconsin at 10 p.m.ET.
