2014 college football rankings, Week 10: Colorado State two spots out of poll

Colorado State is just two spots away from being ranked in the latest coaches poll and one spot out of the AP poll.

Colorado State keeps winning and its latest victim was topping rival Wyoming, 45-31, in the Border War. The Rams are now 7-1 and have now won six games in a row. That winning streak allowed Colorado State to go from not earning any votes to now have 35 points at the No. 27 spot, while the 25th spot has 107 points.

Boise State joins Colorado State in earning consideration with four points in the coaches poll after its dominant win over BYU on Friday night.

Colorado State is also just outside in the AP poll this week at the No. 26 spot, and Boise State is not getting any votes.

The Rams have moved up quite quickly over the past three weeks in the others section, and could be ranked as soon as next week if they are able to top San Jose State on the road next week.
