Jeremy and Chris are back to discuss Week 8 of Mountain West play. There are six games with just one non-conference game with Nevada traveling to BYU Saturday night. Of the other five league contests, the big game is Utah State at Colorado State which is the game of the week and is an elimination game for the Rams.
Colorado State already has one league loss and if they fall to Utah State they are more than likely eliminated from winning the Mountain Division. We go back and forth over how both of these teams are evenly matched, and the only difference between the two teams is that the Rams have a better running attack and Utah State's defense is a step above Colorado State.
On the other end, at least somewhat, is San Jose State vs. Wyoming is a key game if either want to become bowl eligible, and for the Spartans to enter the race to win the West division.
Also, this was recorded before the news of Hawaii suspending running back Joey Iosefa for three games for getting arrested for getting a DUI.
