2014 Mountain West media days: Fresno State, Boise State projected to meet in title game

The media selected Boise State and Fresno State to meet in the Mountain West title game.

Mountain West media days are in full swing with first the all-conference teams being announced, and now the projected order of finish. For the second year in a row the media is projecting a Boise State vs. Fresno State Mountain West title game.

In the Mountain division it is a two-team race between Boise State and Utah State with the Broncos taking 20 of the 33 first-place votes. The Aggies landed 12 with Colorado State earning the final first place vote.

The West division, as expected, was extremely tight with Fresno State edging out San Diego State by two points, but the Aztecs and Bulldogs each earned 15 first-place votes. Nevada came in third and took in the other three first-place selections from the media.

Overall, the order of finish from both divisions went as expected.
