Paul Frederiksen-USA TODAY Sport

In Week 6 of Mountain West play the league goes back to a mix of conference and out-of-conference games this upcoming weekend. The league starts off with a pair of dueling games on Friday night when San Diego State travels to Fresno State and then Utah State will try to upset BYU on the road.

Then on Saturday one will have to dig deep into your channel guide to find a few games, especially the pair of games against Conference USA foes as New Mexico travels to UTSA and Hawaii goes to Texas to play Rice. Those games are on the American Sports Network which will air locally on Sinclair-owned channels which should be on the local CW and MyNetworkTV affiliates, so check your local listings for those games locally, and nationally if anyone wants to check in on these matchups.

After Fresno State and San Diego Sate, the big conference game is just maybe the biggest rivalry game in the conference with Boise State traveling to Nevada for the late game on Saturday night. Also, do not forget to be patriotic this weekend by tuning into Air Force vs. Navy in the first Commander-in-Chief game.
