San Diego State Aztecs (19-6, 9-3 Mountain West) vs. Colorado State Rams (21-4, 8-4 Mountain West)
Game time: 5 p.m. Pacific Time, 8 p.m. Eastern Time
TV: CBS Sports Network
Radio: SDSU broadcast is on The Mighty 1090 AM. CSU broadcast is on 105.5 ESPN FM.
Odds: SDSU is favored by 6 points.
What to watch for: SDSU's fast or slow start
Last time these two met in Fort Collins the Aztecs began the game shooting 2-6 while allowing the Rams to shoot 7-10 an grab two offensive rebounds. CSU led 20-8 at that point (15:24 left in the first) and led the rest of the way. SDSU came within two points several times throughout the game, but CSU was always able to put a stop to the Aztecs' runs before they were able to take control of the game.
Against Wyoming, on the other hand, SDSU was the team that began the game hot, leading 25-5 halfway through the first half.
Guess which game the Aztecs won?
SDSU has a nasty habit of starting slow, but it truly can't afford to do so against the Rams' explosive offense.
