Well that was fast, as soon as news was posted about a 2014-19 matchup between the Mountain West and the Pac-12in the Christmas Bowl, the bowl game has said that there is no agreement in place via Twitter.
@MWCConnection This is not correct. The two conferences are proposed / targeted conferences. PAC 12 hasn't done anything to authorize this.

Going by the image that was on the Christmas Bowl website it seemed that everything was in order for the announcement, but apparently that is not the case. It makes one wonder why a poster with dates and leagues would be put in place if there was no agreement.
Perhaps the two sides are still working on terms as was mentioned in the Twitter replies.
