The countdown of the 50 best Mountain West players continues with the No. 36 with Boise State tight end Gabe Linehan. This choice is somewhat of a surprise since Linehan sat out most of the 2012 season with a hamstring injury, and in 2011 he has 23 receptions for 252 yards and five touchdowns.
Linehan has the talent to be an extra dimension in a Boise State offense that should be improved, but to hang onto this spot he will need to put some very good numbers that are comparable to some wide receivers.
