San Diego State's game against Ohio State will be shown on ABC or ESPN2.

USA TODAY Sports

The Big Ten Conference released another slate of televised games for the upcoming season, this time on the ESPN family of networks. One game does has Mountain West implications is when San Diego State travels to the Horseshoe to take on national title contender Ohio State.

The Sept. 7 game will be shown regionally on ABC, yet it will also be shown on ESPN2. With Ohio State being ranked No. 1 in multiple preseason polls, it is likely to be shown to most of the country. The other competing game in that time slot is Oregon traveling East to take on Virginia.

The early odds on this game do not give San Diego State much of a chance. The odds makers place Ohio State as a 21.5-point favorite, so not a lot of confidence is given towards the Aztecs.

This give San Diego State nine games that will appear on national television with four on the ESPN family of networks and the other five on CBS Sports Network.

Three other games are still in the works with home games Eastern Illinois and New Mexico and a road tilt at New Mexico State. Look for the home game against FCS to be on the new Mountain West digital network, the New Mexico game could be on ROOT SPORTS but the road game against New Mexico State might not find a television provider.
