Mike Moser taking visits to Gonzaga, Washington, Oregon

UNLV forward Mike Moser is good as gone, as he is taking a few trips to West Coast schools this week.

USA TODAY Sports

Mike Moser is basically gone from the UNLV basketball program, as he fully intends to transfer from the Rebels and to another West coast school.

Initial reports had Moser heading to Washington, but now two more schools have been added into the mix in Gonzaga and Oregon, per Left Coast Recruiting.

Moser will take a trip to Oregon, and reports are that the Ducks have closed the gap on landing the forward.

Then there are the Gonzaga Bulldogs who are now apparently in the mix to land the former All-American. Over at The Slipper Still Fits, they feel Gonzaga would be an attractive place for Moser to play since He could step in right away and man the low post that could be vacated by Kelly Olynyk. Olynyk put his name in for the NBA Draft but can still back out and return to school.

If Gonzaga has both Olynyk and Moser playing together that would make them a very dangerous team, once again. It all depends on Moser recovering from his injury-plagued season this last year. If he wants to go out to a winning, not named UNLV, then Gonzaga makes the most season.

Moser does have the capability to transfer without sitting out since he will have graduated from UNLV.
