Dorian Green injury update: Colorado State guard is a game-time decision

Colorado State Dorian Green is now listed as a game-time decision against UNLV.

Colorado St. Rams guard Dorian Green was expected to sit against UNLV on Friday night with an ankle injury that forced him to miss the opening round game against Fresno State. Green was able to practice on Thursday and he has been upgraded to a game-time decision.

His ankle is nowhere near 100 percent but during Thursday's practice during the tournaments off day, Green was able to cut and ran better. The idea is to have Green suit up and warm up prior to the UNLV game, and then a decision would be made.

Head coach Larry Eustachy is still sounding like he does not want Green to play since the Mountain West tournament has very little bearing on their seeding for the NCAA tournament. If Green even does suit up and play he will be limited, and could see just maybe 20 minutes.

If Green can not go Friday night, then look for Jon Octeus to start in his place. Against Fresno State, Octeus played all 40 minutes while ending up with nine points and three assists.
