It is just a matter of time before Wyoming Cowboys head coach Dave Christensen is no more. Football Scoop first reported that Christensen will resign as head coach, but now there are more sources saying Christensen is done.
USA Today is reporting Christensen is out:
Person with knowledge tells @USATODAYsports that Dave Christensen is out at Wyoming.

Also, local Wyoming beat writer Scott Nulph is getting the same information from their sources that Christensen is indeed stepping down as head coach.
Christensen inked a five-year contract after the 2011 season which was paying him $1.2 million per year, and there are still three years left on that contract. Since he is stepping down who knows what, or anything, Wyoming will have to owe the soon to be former head coach.
There is still no official word on Christensen's status at this time.
