This game was nearly not going to happen do the United States government being shutdown, but some people stepped up to help Air Force be able to travel to the East Coast. This is a huge game because it is the first leg of the Commander-In-Chief trophy, and it is about time that CBS has decided to air this game and give it nearly the same respect as Army vs. Navy.
Air Force will have their hands full since the Falcons are down to their third-string quarterback in Karson Roberts. Roberts did put up some good yards on the last week, but he still a sophomore. Navy seems to have returned to a higher level of play after a few years of struggling, and is the better team on Saturday.
The early morning kick off could mean a sluggish start since it starts at 9:30 a.m. back in Colorado Springs, so there could be a slow start for the Falcons.
