2013 Mountain West football TV schedule: 3 more games announced

A trio of more TV games were announced for the upcoming Mountain West football season.

The television schedule for the 2013 Mountain West season is pretty much complete, the only wait is really on ROOT SPORTS which is expected to broadcast about 10 football games this year. The news is light as the television additions are just for three games.

The biggest game that did not have a television partner is the Aug. 29 tilt between Fresno State and Rutgers. Both schools won a share of their respective conferences last year, and the game was picked up by ESPNU with a 10:30 p.m. ET kick. This is the seventh game to date that will be shown on TV for Fresno State.

The other ESPN game is Boise State's home game against Tennessee-Martin which is online only at ESPN3 and can be seen at 3 p.m. ET. This wraps up Boise State's television schedule, 11 of their 12 are on actually television with just this UT Martin game being shown on the Internet.

The final game announced is Nevada's home game against Hawaii on Sept. 21, with a 7 p.m. ET kick. This game can be seen on Time Warner Oceanic in Hawaii (PPV I assume), plus it also can be seen nation wide on the new Mountain West Digital Network. For Nevada this gives them 11 games to be televised or shown online, and so far their only game not slated to be broadcast is their game against UC Davis.

This is Hawaii'is seventh game to be seen on TV, but expect for Time Warner Oceanic to pick up more games as well as ROOT SPORTS.
