2014 Mountain West Tournament: Halftime Score - UNLV 28, Wyoming 27

LAS VEGAS – This has easily been the closest game at the half so far in this tournament.

Bryce Dejean-Jones and Roscoe Smith have kept the Rebels in this game.  Dejean-Jones hit a buzzer-beating jumper to give UNLV the lead into halftime 28-27 after Nathan Sobey drove and hit an off-balance shot to give the Pokes the lead.

The crowd has felt 50/50 although the Wyoming fans have been a lot more vocal for the most part.  The largest eruption of Rebel fans occurred when Roscoe Smith went out of control into the floor on a foul, but still hit the shot.  Smith jumped up and roared at the Wyoming fans before making his and-1.

Josh Adams has been practically the whole Wyoming offense.  The sophomore guard has 18 of the 27 Wyoming points, including a thunderous dunk on Rebel defenders.  Sobey has helped with seven points, however the rest of the team really needs to step up in order for the Cowboys to win this game.
