Web Reactions: Colorado State Wins Rocky Mountain Showdown

Web reactions will be new series looking at news from around the web after Mountain West games.

Colorado State 22, Colorado 17

Highlights:

Ralphie Report's take on the game:

Calling this a loss doesn't do it justice. It was devastating. The Rams improved as the game went on, made adjustments, and generally took care of business. The Buffaloes? Not so much. What ensued was a painful 3 quarters of Football (1, 3 & 4), and one quarter of somewhat competent Football. Not a winning combination.

Colorado State athletic director Jack Graham enjoyed the win:

"It's a great start. I am so proud of the character, the discipline this football team displayed on the field. Defensively, they never left their lanes, they just executed. They played through the whistle. That was just a great, great effort," Graham said.
