College Football Rankings, Week 3: Boise State Ranked No. 24 In AP Poll

The Boise St. Broncos have made their way back into the rankings as they move into the No. 24 spot in the latest AP poll after their 39-12 beat down over the Miami RedHawks. It also helped that Virginia Tech, Tennessee and BYU fell out the rankings after their loss over the weekend.

Fresno State was the only other Mountain West team to get some votes in the AP poll as they received two votes after they destroyed Colorado 69-14.

I am somewhat surprised that San Jose State is not getting some votes since they nearly defeated Stanford, who just knocked of USC, but I am certain voters do not look that far back to give teams credit for a close loss.
