Over at SB Nation's YouTube channel they put out their Week 1 college football odds and Dan Rubenstein makes his picks which feature a pair of Mountain West games in the Hawaii vs. USC and Boise State against Michigan State. The Hawaii game is a 40-point spread, and with it being that much Rubenstein takes Hawaii to cover.
Then he talks about Boise State who he wavers and takes them to cover against Michigan State out right, in a surprise move. Mainly because of the history of Boise State and what they have been able to accomplish over the past few years with head coach Chris Petersen.
