Yes, football season begins in earnest on Thursday night, but there is big news regarding Mountain West basketball. The conference tournament television schedule has been announced and the men's quarterfinal and semifinal games will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network, and for the first ime in league history the title game will be shown on CBS with a 6:05 p.m. ET start.
This is huge for the league that is finally getting some respect for the basketball talent that the league has. Hopefully this can translate for a few more regular season basketball games to air on CBS. The complete tournament schedule is after the jump.
