2012 Las Vegas Bowl open thread

The 2012 Las Vegas Bowl features Boise State and Washington. This is the third straight appearance for Boise State in this bowl game, and it could possibly be their final game as a member of the Mountain West -- or maybe not.

This is an interesting game since these two schools will play each other to start the 2013 season, plus Washington has won four of their last five games. They did lose their season finale to rival Washington State.

The common opponent between these two schools is San Diego State, Washington won 21-12 while Boise State loss 21-19.

The big matchup in this game will be Boise State's amazing defense going up against Washington running back Bishop Sankey who surpassed the 1,000 yard mark this year.
