Gary Andersen is on his way to be the new Wisconsin head coach, and he may be taking most of his Utah State coaching staff with him.
Source says offer from Wisconsin has been made...If Andersen accepts, he is expected to take entire coaching staff with him

The one name that may not be joining Andersen to Wisconsin is first-year offensive coordinator Matt Wells. Wells is likely to be interviewed for the now vacant opening. However, there is still a chance that Wells could still head to Madison to be the Wisconsin offensive coordinator.
The expected coaches to go are defensive coordinator Dave Aranda, as well as most of the offensive staff sans Wells. Aranada just recently turned down the defensive coordinator position at Cal. Andersen also is hiring Utah's defensive line coach Chad Kauha'aha'a to take the same position.
Also, possibly heading to Wisconsin is Utah's current defensive coordinator Kalani Sitake, he was on the same Utah staff as Andersen, so that is why there is that connection. Bucky's 5th Quarter has a complete projection of who will be on Andersen's staff at Wisconsin.
