VIDEO: Bronco Mendenhall Poinsettia Bowl post practice intervew

BYU head coach Bronco Mendenhall talks to the media after Tuesday's practice.

Two things stand out during Bronco Mendenhall's post practice media session, first he said that there is no news in the starting quarterback front. However, Salt Lake Tribune's Jay Drew is reporting that James Lark is going to start.

The best part of the interview is when, what I assume is a reporter who does not cover BYU, Mendenhall was asked about his players maturity, and Mendenhall mentioned players missing practices for various reasons including pregnancy tests, due to players being married. He quickly backtracked by saying that was not the best example, but funny.

Mendenhall also does not call this a rivalry game, but does say that the two teams have a good history between San Diego State and BYU.
