Wyoming to wear camouflage uniforms for Air Force Game

Wyoming is breaking out a new uniform for when they face Air Force

The Wyoming Cowboys are breaking out some new uniforms for this Saturday's game against the Air Force Falcons. The uniform combination was announced back in late July, but it was not known until this week when they would be wearing this particular uniform.

Part of the reason they are wearing these uniforms this Saturday is because it is military appreciation day at War Memorial Stadium, so it makes sense to why they chose to wear these unis this week.

Also, this game is the first time all year that Wyoming can truly be seen to a wide audience, so why not go out and break out a new uniform combination. They have had games online only, no TV or the Longhorn Network; but this weeks matchup is on Root Sports and can be seen in the Western half of the United States.

As for the uniforms themselves, the gray is a bit different for Wyoming since they normally wear gold, brown or white pants. The helmet is my favorite part with the brown matte and then glossy Cowboy logo. We will see on Saturday if these uniforms make a difference at all.
