2011 College Football Rankings: Boise State No. 7, TCU No. 15 In Coaches Poll

The preseason USA Today coaches poll is out and two Mountain West squads make the cut in Boise State landing at No. 7 and TCU at No. 15; Air Force is in the other receiving votes category.

Oklahoma is far and away the top ranked team, but it is a surprise to me that LSU is at the fourth spot with no quality quarterback on their roster. However, the same thing could be said for No. 2 Alabama who will have a new inexperienced signal caller.

Seeing Boise State and TCU at seven and 15 respectively seems about right to me. Other Mountain West opponents that are ranked are No. 10 Wisconsin, No. 11 Nebraska, No. 14 Arkansas, No. 18 Notre Dame and No. 22 Georgia. There are Michigan, Hawaii, BYU and Nevada who are receiving votes.
