2012 NFL Draft: An Early Look At The Top 32 Players

New, 1 comment

With the 2011 NFL Draft basically in the books it is time to take an extremely early look at the 2012 NFL Draft prospects. So, I turn to SB Nation's Mocking The Draft who has put together their way-too-early top 32 prospects for the 2012 NFL Draft and here is their top 10:

1 Andrew Luck QB Stanford
2 Quinton Coples DE UNC
3 Matt Kalil OT USC
4 Trent Richardson RB Alabama
5 Alshon Jeffery WR South Carolina
6 Justin Blackmon WR Oklahoma St.
7 Jonathan Martin OT Stanford
8 Matt Barkley QB USC
9 Jerel Worthy DT Michigan State
10 Zack Brown LB UNC

Looking at their whole list there are zero Mountain West players in the top 32 list. There is BYU offensive tackle Matt Reynolds who is at 16 on the list. Things could change and I could see Boise State's Kellen Moore, San Diego State quarterback Ryan Lindley or TCU's Tank Carder possibly moving into the list. There is a lot of things that can happen and the most important is what teams pick where.

Keep a look for the 2012 NFL Draft prospects from the Mountain West coming in the next day or two.
