ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. finally released his round two mock draft. Nothing stands out too much with the exception of having Nevada's Collin Kaepernick to the 49ers. It seems that no on truly knows what to do with Kaepernick.

35. Cincinnati Bengals. Andy Dalton, QB, TCU

Great value here at a position they have to address given Carson Palmer's status.

37. Cleveland Browns Titus Young, WR, Boise State.

Young is a guy I thought could slip into the first round. Browns add another target for Colt McCoy.

45. San Francisco 49ers Colin Kaepernick, QB, Nevada.

San Francisco passed on a quarterback in Round 1. Here's an arm for Jim Harbaugh to develop.

54. Philadelphia Eagles Brandon Burton, CB, Utah.

I thought Philadelphia might target a cornerback in Round 1. The Eagles get one instead in Round 2.

Interesting to see Utah's Brandon Burton being taken in the second round. No other mock has had him there and ESPN's Scout's Inc. had Burton as the 80th overall rated player. Titus Young to the Browns at 37 is the highest he has been mentioned in the various mock drafts around the web.
