Nigel Williams-Gross is considered one of the top basketball recruits in the 2013 class and was considered a solid verbal for the Rebels, but now with the Lon Kruger moving on to Oklahoma Williams-Gross had de-commited from UNLV and is starting the recruiting process over:
"I just decided to re-open my recruitment and just take everything in and look forward to developing a new relationship with coach (Dave) Rice and everybody over there at UNLV. I'm literally wide open right now. I have no leaders at this point. I'm taking it all in and I'm excited to get to know the new coaching staff from UNLV."
He is still not ruling out UNLV, but Dave Rice will have some ground to make up with the other schools that have already offered him. Other schools that have so far offered Williams-Gross are the Hawaii Warriors, Oregon Ducks, Oregon State Beavers and Washington Huskies.
