The rest of the information is behind the sites premium board ($), so the details are not available unless you subscribe to their Rvals site. Assuming this report is accurate it would be a solid hire since McElwain has been under Nick Saban over the past four years, so he has been learning from one of the best coaches out there. This would be McElwain's first head coaching job.

The one main concern about this hire is if McElwain decides to finish out his season as offensive coordinator at Alabama and coach through the BCS title game on Jan. 9, or get a jump start on recruiting immediately.
