Week 14 Mountain West Football Odds

New, 4 comments

Wyoming Cowboys (+5) at Colorado St. Rams: The way Wyoming has been playing this line surprises me quite a bit. Colorado State has a newish quarterback in Garrett Grayson, but the way Wyoming has been playing -- as well as Colorado State's down turn -- it makes sense to go with Wyoming to cover the five points.

UNLV Rebels at TCU Horned Frogs (-40): Not a surprise on this line. TCU is going to blow out UNLV and they will need to impress the Harris and coaches poll voters to help TCU get into the top 16. However, 40 is a lot of points and I think TCU will be close to covering but I don't think they will be able to.

New Mexico Lobos at Boise St. Broncos (-48.5): The same thing can be said about this game as the TCU vs. UNLV matchup, but in this case I think Boise State will cover this case since New Mexico is so bad on offense and well, Boise State is really good on offense.

Fresno St. Bulldogs at San Diego St. Aztecs (-7): A late non-conference tilt that will be a conference game next year between these two teams. With Fresno State at 4-7 and on the road a seven-point line in favor of San Diego State seems a bit low. Fresno has little to nothing to play for; while San Diego State is looking to improve their bowl situation.
