Mountain West Football Week 8 Injury Reports

The Colorado St. Rams will be without starting linebacker Mike Orakpo suffered a concussion last week against Boise State and is not likely to play. Colorado State will also be without starting tackle Paul Madsen who has started the past 25 games and he will be replaced with Ty Sambrailo who is a redshirt freshman. LInebacker Mychal Sisson who fractured his ankle against Northern Colorado is still not ready to return to the lineup.

As for UTEP they are quite healthy and no injuries to report this week.

Paul Madsen Offensive tackle Knee Out Madsen sprained a knee in the last game and is ruled out for the Saturday tilt with UTEP.
Brandon Hayes Offensive line Knee Questionabe Hayes went down with a knee injury in the preseason and has yet to play this year.

There are no major injuries for either the Air Force Falcons are Boise St. Broncos this weekend. Each team is going to be without a few backups each, but no major injuries for either team this week.

Michael Hester Center Questionable Ankle Hester missed the last two games with an injured ankle and is questionable to play at Boise State. It is possible the senior will be sidelined several weeks.
Ken Lamendola Linebacker Doubtful Hamstring Lamendola missed the last three games dealing with an injured hamstring and remains doubtful for Boise State. He has only played in one game this year.

Chris Potter Wide Receiver Questionable Hamstring Potter missed the last three games after suffering a hamstring injury in week four and is questionable to play Air Force.

 

Here is the injuries for New Mexico, TCU has no new injuries to report today.

Kassey Carrier Running Back Ankle Doubtful Carrier has yet to play this year due to a high ankle sprain and remains doubtful for TCU. The junior led the team with 373 yards rushing last year
Martize Barr Safety Arm Doubtful Barr missed the last game with a broken forearm and is doubtful to play at TCU.
Brett Kennedy Defensive Tackle Shoulder Doubtful Kennedy has been limited by a strained shoulder and is questionable to play at TCU.
