Our latest blog poll ballot is here and the top is the same with LSU, Alabama and Oklahoma and the big jumpers this week are Texas A&M and Michigan State who jump up 10 and nine spot respectively. The newcomers this week are Ohio State and Penn State who make their first appearance this year in our blog poll. Two schools feel out of the poll with Notre Dame and Baylor.
