College Football Week 8 Rankings: Boise State Slips To No. 7 Despite A Blowout Win

The Boise St. Broncos can do nothing right. The Broncos go out and smoke the Colorado St. Rams 63-13 where Oklahoma State defeated then No. 22 Texas 36-28. This jus shows how tough it will be for Boise State to get into position to get to the No. 2 spot for a chance to play in the BCS title. There are two teams ahead that will for sure be losing this year when Oklahoma and Oklahoma State play each other and then LSU and Alabama play, so Boise will have a chance to move up two spots.

Stanford plays Oregon so that could be another loss. What Boise State needs is TCU to start moving up the rankings so when they play TCU will be considered a better team. This weeks poll, TCU is getting one vote from the coaches poll. Plus, it would help if Georgia were to shoot up the rankings.
