Air Force To Play Michigan At The Big House In 2012

Earlier today the Air Force Falcons announced that they would be playing the Michigan Wolverines in a one-and-done game at the Big House. The game will be played in week two which will be Sept. 8, 2012 in Ann Arbor. This game rounds out the Falcons 2012 schedule as the other non-conference will be a home game against Idaho State from the FCS level and then the usual games against Army and Navy. The Navy game will be played at home while the Army game will be played at Yankee Stadium.

The rest of Air Force's 2012 conference schedule has yet to have its dates finalized because the Mountain West will play an eight game schedule which has each team missing one opponent. 2012 will also be the year the Mountain West will be the first year of having Fresno State, Nevada and Hawai'i in the league.

In 2008 soon-to-be former Mountain West mate Utah played Michigan at the Big House and beat the Wolverines 25-23, and when Air Force travel to take on Michigan they might be in a rebuilding mode in year two of the Brady Hoke era.
