Against the Spread: Week 4

Overall: 8-8-1
Last Week: 3-2

I'd like to issue a big "F*** You!" to USC coach Lane Kiffin for inexplicably going for two on every possession last week (unsuccessfully) and giving up a last second TD to the Golden Gopher's, thus costing me the game by 1 point.  I am now 0-3 when picking the Trojans and they are officially dead to me as far as my ATS column is concerned.  Now on to the picks:

Miami Hurricanes -3 @ Pittsburgh Panthers (Thursday)
Something tells me Jamiracory Harris is in for a big game and the offense will roll against a suspect Panther defense.

TCU Horned Frogs -17 @ SMU Mustangs (Friday)
SMU is better than Baylor but not by much, look for the Dalton gang to pound the Ponies in a virtual "neutral site" game.

Georgia Bulldogs +1 @ Mississippi State Bulldogs
MSU is going to need more cowbell to have a chance in this game, alot more.  UGA has their back up against the wall and they are going to come out swinging here in an effort to save Mark Richt's job.

Oklahoma Sooners -14 @ Cinncinati Bearcats
OU is in a cycle of showing up every-other week, which doesn't bode well for the Bearcats this week.

Alabama Crimson Tide -7 @ Arkansas Razorbacks
Arkansas is overrated.  Bama, not so much.

Oregon State Beavers + 17 @ Boise State Broncos
Me thinks Oregon State is going to be in a position to win this game at the end.  They won't, but it's going to be a one score game.

Oregon Ducks -11 @ Arizona State Sun Devils
It's always good to lay the points with a offense that can score at will, and that's the Ducks.
