Hawaii was win away from making a bowl game last year. They still haven't really posted a reasonable record since their sugar bowl campaign in 2007. The Warriors should try to move through an offensive based squad, returning the 4th best receiver in the NCAA in Greg Salas.
UNLV is also looking to get their first winning season since 2000 after going 5-7 the last 2 years. They made a coaching change and that might give them the edge in this game.
In my mind this is a toss up with just about the receiving corps being a question for Hawaii and UNLV not really being the kind of team that wins too much.
UNLV is unranked as is Hawaii in the Sporting News Top 100. This game has a 5:30 P.M. HT kick (yes that is Hawaii Time) and will not be televised.
Voting begins at 11:00 A.M. MT every morning and lasts 24 hours.
