Rams Look For Cancun Governor's Cup Gold Tonight

New, 3 comments

The Colorado State Rams have turned in around after losing two games to Kansas and Colorado of the Big 12.  The Rams have won three in a row, the last two coming against Appalachian State and Ole Miss in the Cancun Governor's Cup.  Tonight they will take on 9-1 Southern Miss on ESPN2 at 7:00MST.

The Rams have been lead by Ogide, Franklin, and Eikmeier over the last three games.  Ogide has two double doubles over the last two games.  The Rams free throw shooting has been up and down and will need to be solid tonight against Southern Miss who is lead by forward Gary Flowers who averages 20 points a game.

Southern Miss hasn't had a tough schedule so far this year, their lone loss is to Ole Miss.  CSU beat Ole Miss by 7 a night ago.  However, Southern Miss is a 4 point favorite in this game.
