TCU

It's the morning after the painful loss.  A ESPN's Richard Durrett offers his postgame thoughts on TCU.  The school is benefiting from the added exposure, admissions to Texas Christian University are way up.

Utah

It's now official, Brian Johnson has joined the Utah coaching staff as the QB coach.  He offered insight on how he will improve Utah's quarterbacks.  Zane Beadles, David Reed and Stevenson Sylvester will play in the East-West Shrine Game on January 23.

BYU

Jimmer Fredette is named the national player of the week by the U.S. Basketball Writers Association.  Former Heisman Trophy quarterback, Ty Detmer, is being sued for his involvement in a Texas investment firm.

New Mexico

Sports Illustrated ranks tonights New Mexico vs San Diego State game as the 2nd biggest college basketball game of the night.

UNLV

Andy Katz says that it's a big week for UNLV basketball.  Guard, Tre'Von Willis is looking forward to their BYU game.

San Diego State

The San Diego Union Tribune predicts that the Aztecs will finish 3rd in the MWC, behind New Mexico and BYU.  Their basketball team records rap songs together for fun, and to build chemistry.

Colorado State

The Rams open conference play with their rival, Wyoming.  Steve Fairchild tweeted that he is in Texas recuiting.

Air Force

The Falcon's powerful option attack has Iowa's attention as they prepared for their Orange Bowl game with Georgia Tech tonight.

Wyoming

In Graham Watson's chat yesterday about the MWC, she said that she thinks Dave Christensen will use Wyoming as a stepping stone for another job.
