BYU went back to Oakridge High School and secured their third recruit from the Arlington, TX school, in defensive end/offensive tackle Tayo Fabuluje Jr.
The other two to commit are four star wide receiver Ross Apo and linebacker Teu Kautai.
Fabuluje is going to play defensive end for the Cougars, and while he is not yet been rated by Rivals he is a large man, and should be no less then a three star recruit.
He stands at 6-6 and weighs 260, but to top it off he runs a 4.85, give or take two tenths, because who knows how accurate or inflated high school 40 times are.
Just because Fabuluje is not yet rated by Rivals or by Scout, he was recruited by BCS schools such as Nebraska, Notre Dame, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Arkansas, Arizona, plus TCU, Utah, and San Diego State out of the MWC.
It does help to have other teammates go to the same college, but what also helps is to have a big time game against Oklahoma in Dallas, which is nearby the high school in Arlington.
Getting these type of recruits out of Texas certainly help BYU to reach their goal to keep winning conference titles and make it to a BCS Bowl game.
