The New Mexico Lobos took control behind the play of Kendall Williams then overcame a second half comeback behind the heroics of Hugh Greenwood to repel the Indiana St. Sycamores and escape Terre Haute with a road win Saturday afternoon.
Led by the Boise St. Broncos and New Mexico, the Mountain West Conference managed a couple of top 25 wins and had some other high profile wins in the month of Thanksgiving. But the conferences' credentials in March would be bolstered with more quality wins in December.
