The Mountain West power poll is back (somehow this just sips through the cracks on my end, so apologizes around). This latest edition has 15 of our writers taking part in giving their opinion on the rankings. Well 15 voted for the Mountain Division and 13 on the West, not sure what happened there.
In the West it is Fresno State and everyone else with the Bulldogs earning all of the first place votes, yet again, but after them it is a mess. UNLV, San Diego State and San Jose State are across the board and are receiving second, third and fourth-place votes, all three are tied for second place.
On the other side in the West division, Boise State earned all but three first-place votes, some people still like Utah State.
Well here are the results and any first place vote is in parenthesis. Also, votes were counted by first place getting six points, second place five points and so on until sixth place gets a single point.
