With the season about two-thirds over, we can now take a look at where the Mountain West teams will land.
The college football season is nine weeks in, so we might as well join the band wagon and discuss the bowl projections for Mountain West teams. We took a look around the Internet and found a few websites that have projections out. It also looks like everyone is on the assumption that Boise State will go to a BCS bowl game, and one site has an interesting landing spot for the Broncos.
He also decided to mention Utah State and San Jose State, since they will be in the Mountain West next year, plus it makes the league look better.

New Mexico goes bowling, it's now a thing.
Here are CBS Sports projections:
Here are the projections from College Football News:
Boise State in the Rose is a bit odd, and CFN makes the assumption that Oregon is in the title game, and the next best Pac-12 teams is outside of consideration at No. 16. This pick just seems odd, because the Rose Bowl would get to pick a replacement for losing Oregon. The SEC would take a SEC team, so they take Florida, but the Rose Bowl could still take Notre Dame or Oklahoma.
Both of those schools make more sense over Boise State, especially Notre Dame if they can go undefeated. This pick makes sense just because Boise State is out West, but there is no way they go to Pasadena.
