With 11 teams It is evident that the Mountain West does not play a true round-robin lineup. Boise State's Mountain West basketball schedule consists of a somewhat unbalanced, 18-game schedule lineup lacking what many consider true and budding rivalries. This season Boise State will not play an away an game at Nevada nor host Wyoming at home.
"I was hoping we'd play twenty [games]," head coach Leon Rice told reporters after the schedule's release Tuesday. "It's pretty tough to make it fair when you only play eighteen. You're always going to have things one team likes, one team doesn't like. The thing I don't like, really, is that we're not playing Nevada twice."
So far CBS College Sports has announced it will broadcast five of the Broncos' games. ESPN will pick up six games with at least two on ESPNU and one game will be on ESPN3.
