While the AP poll said "screw you" to the mid-major teams (Nevada didn't even receive votes!), the Coaches Poll took a little bit of a more realistic approach. Michigan still dropped 11 spots, but the most important thing to a Non-AQ's eyes is that there is a little bit of respect. BSU, despite the loss, is ranked No. 25, while Ohio, Nevada and Louisiana Tech are all in the "receiving votes" category.
Florida State is BACK, jumping Georgia after beating up on an FCS team. However, in my opinion, the most overrated ranking goes to Washington, who is sitting in a theoretical No. 26 after barely surviving a poor-decision making SDSU team.
