ESPN just released a whole batch of new games that will be shown on one of their networks and they have added six Mountain West games to the schedule. These are all road games involving Mountain West teams, so there is nothing new about an expanded television package yet for home Mountain West games.
Here are the Mountain West games (all times Eastern):
Air Force at Michigan, 3:30 p.m., ABC & ESPN2
Colorado State at San Jose State, 8 p.m., ESPN3
New Mexico at New Mexico State, 8 p.m., ESPN3
UNLV at Utah State, 8 p.m., ESPN3
Nevada at Texas State, Time and TV: TBD (Not sure why that is even listed at the moment)
UNLV at Louisiana Tech, 7 p.m., ESPN3 and WAC Syndication
The biggest of these is the Air Force at Michigan game which could be trouble for Michigan with the run option offense that Air Force employs.
Most games are online so not the best situation, but at least a handful of more games can be seen. Plus, I know EVERYONE will be craving that New Mexico vs. New Mexico State game.
