Some general Fresno State Football news. Some of the info on specific players at practice comes from IbarHarry, a regular practice attender and poster on the Bark Board.
New Commits: Since signing day, the Bulldogs have added 2 more commits. Long Snapper (And brain tumor survivor) Harrison Linsky, and JC Tackle Cody Clay have both committed. Clay is immediately eligible to play in the fall, as he was an automatic qualifier out of high school
Drew Hill leaves: Director of Football operations Drew Hill has left for
Fresno State 2.0 Colorado State. I am not sure if a replacement has been named.

Scheme changes: Fresno State is instituting new schemes on offense and defense. The offense is moving from a Pro-Style to a spread, and the defense shifts from 4-3 to 3-4. This has resulted in several players switching positions. DE Tristan Okpaulago (I love this video) is moving to OLB. He is recovering from shoulder surgery.
Receivers: The Bulldogs are stacked at the WR position. 3 of the 4 leading receivers return for this year. Jalen Saunders finished last year with an eye-popping 21.3 yards per catch. However, two new receivers are taking the lead in practices. Redshirt freshman Davante Adams and 6'7" redshirt sophomore Victor Dean are looking the best so far. Besides these three, Isaiah Burse and Josh Harper are also returning this year.
Phillip Thomas is back: Saftey Phillip Thomas has returned from a broken leg suffered in a preseason drill in 2011. Considered one of the best players on the team, he was sorely missed during the 2011 season. He is apparently back to old form.
The spring scrimmage is scheduled for this Sunday, March 25. Fresno State's pro day is Wednesday, March 28.
